Our Sydney-based bagpipers can farewell your loved ones with dignity at their funeral.

Giving your loved one the best farewell possible is one of the hardest things we will ever have to do. As professional full-time musicians, we ensure that the stress is taken out of the musical aspect of the funeral for a special farewell.

Our funeral call out fee for the Sydney metropolitan area Mon - Fri is $460 for up to 90 minutes. If you would like the piper to attend the service and play at another venue such as the graveside or the wake our fee is $570 for up to 3 hours. Please confirm the length of time the piper is required at time of booking.

Funerals on a Saturday start of $570 for up to 90 minutes.

We can assist with tune choices or accommodate special requests that fit on the bagpipe nine note, one octave scale. Below is a list of tunes most commonly requested.

The inclusion of a bagpiper at a Funeral service can include all or some of the following:

  • Playing for 15 minutes before the start of the service as mourners are arriving.

  • Leading the Hearse for 100 metres to the church or chapel.

  • Playing the casket into the church or chapel. If the casket is in place, play the opening hymn for the Priest or Celebrant to walk into and commence the service.

  • Play during reflection.

  • Play as everyone departs the chapel or church.
